upload files errors and preview files in other PC

Hi,guys
Now I have two problems while using Mediarich Visualizer for SharePoint.
First,When I upload a file ,then it will occurred a error"An error occurred during the processing of /documentlibrary/Shared Images/ConditionalEditForm.aspx.Code blocks are not allowed in this file"....when I return to the documentlibrary I see the file which i just upload.I s there some method to avoid this error accurr.

Second,My computer is the server computer,It can prview the files but,when I send the URL to others,when they click into the documentlibrary module,it will not preview the files and popup the Windows login,we must use the administrator to login that we can preview the files.....I want to know how to preveiw files without login when I want to preview files....because I have login at the beginng.......by the way I have achieve the form authentication...

Visualizer doesn't come with support, so we upgraded to the full product and got all our needs met, including secure uploading that solved our ssl upload problems...don't know if that's what's happening for you.
