I am getting "access denied" error when I run the doclibwalker.exe. I am logged into the server with Admin rights.
I've used the command: "doclibwalker.exe -path http://ext1moss01:88/ -update The error message is: Access is denied. Does anyone have an idea on why this is happening, and how I can correct it? |

Here are some possible causes of the behavior you've described:
1) The administrator you've chosen to log on as is not the SharePoint administrator. 2) The Connector's Admin User (set during installation, but can be changed using the SetAdminUser tool) is not the administrator for the SharePoint site collection where MediaRich will be used. 3) The Command Prompt (on the 2008 Server OS's) was not right-clicked and launched as an administrator.
